Remove Existing Account (Playlist & EPGuide)

Step 1: Open the Tivimate app

Step 2: Go to Settings

Step 3: Go to Playlists

Step 4: Select the existing playlist account

Step 5: Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete Playlist

Step 6: Select Delete

Remove Guide aka EPG

Step 7: From Settings, choose EPG

Step 8: Select EPG Sources

Step 9: Select the existing EPG account

Step 10: Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete source"

Step 11: Confirm by selecting Delete

Re-Add Account as Xtream Codes type

Step 12: Choose Add Playlist

From within the Tivimate app close the settings.  With no accounts added you should see the screen below.  Choose Add Playlist

Step 13: Select Xtream Codes

Step 14: Add Account Details

You will be supplied with:

  • Server address
  • Username
  • Password

Click on “Server address” and type in the supplied URL.  Click next and type in the username.  Click next and type in the password.  

Step 15: Add Account

Review your server address, username and password and click Next.

Step 16: Done

If you typed in everything correctly you should see the playlist processed and a number under indicating the number of channels.  This number will change but if you see a number here then everything as successful.  Hit Done and enjoy.  It may take a few minutes for the guide to populate.
